旧東ドイツ人民警察の将官用制帽です。将官用でも鍔には刺繍は施されていませんでしたが、
帽章が他ランクとデザインが異なり柏の葉が大きく色も金色になり大型のものになります。
また顎紐も金色のものになっていました。
人民警察はすべての階級で帽子の周りに巻かれているバンドの色は同色で深緑のバンドが
巻かれています。

The cap for Volks Polizei( People's Police )General of East Germany.The cap for General Grade
Officer had also no embroideries on the visor but attached different designed cap emblem which
had large oak leafs, gold color and large shape. The cap for Volks Polizei had dark green band on
the frame This dark green cap band had been used for all ranks.
